B TAYLOR PERFORMS ABOARD GEORGE HW BUSH AIRCRAFT CARRIER
Honors 8,000 Navy Sailors in with “Best of the Best”
Norfolk, VA – Today, B Taylor performed aboard the USS George H.W. Bush CVN77 aircraft carrier for the Carrier’s first Friends and Family cruise. For the crowd of over 8,000 Navy sailors and their friends and families, B Taylor honored these servicemen and women with his upcoming single, “Best of the Best.”
“As a former Navy sailor, I have witnessed first hand the sacrifices and work that the men and women in uniform perform on behalf of our country,” said B Taylor while aboard the ship. “It is an honor and privilege to give something back and be able to perform for the sailors aboard the George H.W. Bush aircraft carrier.”
B. Taylor performed a medley of songs from his new album, “One Life to Live” which is being distributed through Phantom/Bungalo/Universal Music Group. Songs on the album that were performed include “Lets Get This Party Started” featuring performing artist Ray J as well the title track of the album “One Life to Live”. The upcoming music video for “One Life to Live” will feature appearances from a number of the legends of Motown.
Among the day’s other activities, Doro Bush Koch (sponsor of the George HW Bush aircraft carrier) hosted the first Celebration of Reading at Sea in support of The Barbara Bush Foundation for Family Literacy. Authors Antwone Fisher, Jill Conner Browne, and James Bradley spoke about their lives, read excerpts of their literary works, and signed autographs.
Additionally, country music performing artist and former lead singer of the group Lonestar, Richie McDonald also performed. The USS George H.W. Bush CVN 77 also hosted an air show for the Friends and Family Cruise.

B. Taylor is unique as an artist by virtue of the fact he plays four different instruments. He is a writer, producer, and performer who have a diverse background, which includes growing up as the son of a preacher. He was a college athlete, a sailor in the Navy, and a member of the All Navy Team-USA basketball squad.
